I recently ordered hardware from Landmark computers and was very pleased with the fantastic service I received. I was informed that one of the components would take longer to source and was kept informed of the order status regularly.
There were a few hiccups with the delivery but the fault was with the courier company. Andy quickly sorted out the issue and sent a courier to pick up a previous hardware purchase for RMA. Roan from the support team ensured that the part was tested properly and it was found to be faulty. The whole RMA process was over in record time and I received the replacement part a few days later.
