I received a call from an agent who did not name herself 2 days ago regarding an outstanding account. she told me that she was call because I had not honoured my promise of making payment for the outstanding account. I told her that according to the sms sent to me there were no banking details available and I had no money to call a JHB no.
she responded by saying that even if the banking details were supplied I would not have fulfilled my obligation. I found this very rude, and judgemental. I have been un employed for 3 years and am a mother. my obligation is to my children first, I was not going to spend my last R10 on a fone call to JHB instead of buying bread for them.
I really think that the people you employ are arrogant and rude. I found the agents statement to be very hurt full as I have paid many of my bill. and the fact that an account that is more than 10 yrs old only comes up now is shocking!
