Rude Agent and incompetent billing dept

Unbelievable! I called 8ta to find out WHY they try to deduct from my account on the 15th, when the contract states the LAST DAY of the month... The call center agent is just rude, incompetent, and down right uninformed! She could not help me - got NO NAME - and then put me through to a department who isn't open... phone dropped! And this is from a huge service provider??? Unreal!

I had to pay my account cash this month, as it apparently takes 30 days to change banking details, then Im handed over to some debt collection dept??? How unreasonable is this company??? How unorganized?? I have to now pay bouncing fees to my bank...

I should have NEVER renewed my contract!!!

VERY DISSAPOINTED AND ANGRY!!!
