They did not keep to my booking, which was made weeks in advance! They sit here with food in their mouths behind, what they call, the reception desk.. Their aprons are filthy!! Their nails are disgusting, and long, and running that through my hair almost made me throw up!!! This is the most disgusting place I've ever been pampered in!!! The stylist cut my hair off so fast i didnt have time to!!! If he wasn't so gay and 'special' id have punched him!! He has no clue what to do with a head of hair. Never been so disappointed! And i did my research before coming here, no where online has there been a complaint! Whether removed or lack of effort! I hope my comments are seen before you make a booking!!!
Iva also never experienced a treatment that gets put on & whaed off straight after...!!??? Isnt the point of it-thats it stays on for a while???
And the laughing!!! They sounds like a couple of cows getting a stroke while having the hiccoughs!!!
