I got a phone call from these people I thought it was a good oppotunity, the guy told me I'd recieve my id and password to logon to there website, When i recieved this the info given would not work, I called and requested my membership to be cancelled i also emailed them to cancel which i got a reply with a cancellation receipt sent to me by Farzaana, to my knowledge this was within the period in which i could still cancel. I received another phone call from Nur who i confirmed my cancellation with by then he offered me a trial which was for 4/3 months i then said ok. but when i had worked out my budget i couldn't afford this and had called him back on the direct line which he had given me to cancel it completely. I assumed this was done and forgot about it... only to see a month later Amazing Vouchers had deducted money from my account. I called and spoke to Heinrich i was informed that should i cancel i would need to pay an amount of R500 and could not explain to me why this wasn't done all that was said was that there was nothing they could do and they would still be deducting every month.
There service is disgusting and sly! i have not been on there website or used any products!
