My cell phone was 27/04/2013 and i claimed from Finrite 29/04/2013. The claim was done so quickly but the delay was in dispatching the phone from Fone choice. I called them countless times and they kept claiming that they never received any claim forms from Finrite and not one of their consultants bothered to keep me posted. on my final attempt, i spoke to Natasha from Fone Choice who got back to me within an hour and said the forms were received and explained exactly why there was a delay. thanks to her, this morning my replacement phone was delivered. hi five to you and keep up the good work.
