Cacoon and eggs on surface of chocoltes

I bought a box of chcoloates from Pnp at westwood mall on the 4 May 2013. when opening the second chocolate i realised that there was somehing resembling a cacoon and eggs on the surface.all the chcolates were similar. contacted ferrero on numerous occasions but my calls and emails went unanswered. really dissapointed at the lack of hygiene and customer care.
