SAPO Manager refuses to assist

I tried to visit the SAPO is Seapoint after visiting their website 2 weekends ago to confirm their opening times. Once I had visited the branch they were closed in spite of visble lettering indicating they were supposed to be open.

That aside I revisited the branch again after having to arrive without my tracking number. The officer delivering the mail keeps placing the mail in a piece of piping outside my flats were it gets blown away and as a result SAPO has simply found my package behind the counter on numerous occasions.

Today they manager Did refused to help me and excused her and her staff from helping me look for my package because they 'had other work to do'. I fail to understand the nature of public service and the responsibility of delivering a service that is clearly not dedicated to serving the public. Being without a car or accessible public transport makes this especially difficult and I am disappointed that people allow this bureaucratic behavior
