We had a gold coin we wished to sell to the scoin shop at the glen, they invited us to bring the coin with all our details, they processed everything and informed us we will recieve the monies within 3 working days, i then a recieve a call from the scoin shop telling me we must come fetch the coin as they are not prepared to purchase the coin, this after a lengthly process of having to attain proof of bank account, travelling there ect, this is both confusing and frustrating and a little disappointing, dont allow us to go to all the trouble if you are not willing to assist us due to your internal incompetency
