EMS SOUTH AFRICA - ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!

On 18 April 2013 I couriered legal documents via EMS South Africa from the SA Post Office based at Tygervalley Centre in Cape Town to Norway. Weeks later the courier has still not been delivered and after numeour calls to the SHOCKING call centre no one can tell me where it is. I was told to contact EMS in Norway which I did who then told me I need to speak to EMS South Africa. EMS Norway told me that the parcel hadn't even reached Norway yet where two days ago I spoke to an EMS SA consultant who told me it was going to be delivered that very day. I paid over R300 to post this to ensure it would be trackable and not one single person can tell me where it is! I called and spoke to a manager at EMS SA today, Daphne, who told me she was going to look into it and assured she would get back to me - over 5 hours later I haven't heard from her and have been on hold with the call centre for 20 minutes trying to reach her. THIS SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I DEMAND TO KNOW WHERE MY PARCEL IS.
