Bad attitude, poor response, taking money

I have tried on a number time starting on the 14/11/2012 to cancel my contract its now the 01/05/2013 and still no luck the have also be deducting there money every month and when I left a message explaining that I cancelled the contract I get a mail back saying I renewed it, when I asked for proof surprise surprise I am still waiting for that I have now sent 14 emails requesting the cancellation and refund of my monies. NO LUCK YET. They should changed there name to AMAZING THEFTS
