Requested for a paid up lette

I took a loan with atls finance in clton centre and they handed my matter over to Syndicated debt collectors and I was tod the mount i owed was R5521 including collection fees and attorney's fees i pid that amount in ful and now when am requesting for a paid up letter Sikhubzo tells me I have an outstanding amount of R832 I phoned him t explain what this amount is for instead he tells me he does not work in the finance department
