I have sent 2 e-mails as i had funds available to settle an outstanding debt. NO responses to my mails. I called you after 2days, to make arrangements
I clearly advised the lady, I have a certain amount of funds available which I can pay immediately. I was specific & advised that I will have no choice but to allocate these funds to alternate creditors if you are not willing to accept the funds as settlement. Again I do not get feedback on the day.i only received a settlement letter this morning after I have paid alternate creditors,
I was specific in advising your consultant that I will have to provide these funds to alternate creditors if you're not willing to accept these funds as settlement,
When I highlighted & advised that i now only have R5000 available to pay as settlement, I'm told that this will not be accepted, its declined.
You obviously just want to continue collecting from me forever, giving you more opportunity to increase the figures so I will be indebted indefinitely.
Had you come back when you were supposed to, we could've resolved this matter. I don't even know why the outstanding amt has jus increased as I didn't receive statement with initial debt yet 5K's decl
