On the 28/02/2013 i paid my TV licence through MBD Attorneys, on the their ABSA account the sent to me. My mistake is i used TV Licences as reference instead of using number as 258805159. I sent MBD email about this issue. I also went to bank to get statement as a proof and also sent it to them. i was communicating with Donald Ngwenya, i already sent them 12 mails about this issue but till today is not resolved. they had confirmed that the account i paid on as ABSA 4050720141 is their account, but my problem is why they cannot linked it to my account. Nobody is giving me feedback, i had to call them or mail them always. My quiry was logged on 28/02/2013 but till 15/04/2013 is still not solved.
