There is so much wrong with this company that its scary.
Since about March I'm flooded with sms regarding my overdue Milady's account.
Point is I do not have any outstanding balance with Milady's, my account was paid till the last sent and my ITC updated accordingly.
The reference number they are using is not the one for my account
The surname is incorrect and after several calls I'm still not any the wiser.
After doing some investigation myself I found that the company buys "bad debt written off" from company's and then they try to collect it.
As far as the credit act goes, what is the 5 year anniversary rule and why don't they even take you off the sms and e mail list if you tell them they have the wrong person. If I check my ITC and anything is on there I will surely sue them.
