I would like it noted that I have had several conversations with your customer care service and have also sent several emails to you requesting a full, historical accounting break-down of the said Planet Fitness account as per your below email.
Please note that to-date I have not received such information from you and it appears that you are not in a position to provide me with this information.
Once again, please, I request that you furnish me with an in-depth and accurate accounting record of the said Planet Fitness account which reflects all payments that I have made to Planet Fitness and outlines the supposed default in payment that you claim I am liable for?
This information is required so as to legally and accurately reconcile the account to your claim and for forensic purposes.
I would like to state at this point that I feel threatened by your claims as they appear to be unfounded. I would like it noted that the pressure that your company is applying in terms of recovering this unfounded claim is negatively affecting my emotional wellbeing and negatively impacting on my good name and credit record.
