Hammond Pole Inc
Breach of agreement and not following due process

Hello Peter

My name is Xolani Tshabalala, i own my own business and in 2012 the business was struggling with getting payments from government and also getting new work to keep us going. It then became evident and impossible for me to keep up with my debts. I then phoned the bank to notify them of my situation but continued to pay the little i could. I found employment last year in December i notified both the bank (Absa and Hammond Pole Attorneys) and was told i could make an arrangement. I then agreed with one of their staff members that I would pay monthly. I paid end Jan, 3rd of March as Feb ends on the 28th and end of March again. Now i was phoned on tuesday to say a judgement was obtained against my name even though I had an arrangement with the lawyers representing the bank and had agreed to my situation. I asked given that I currently owe R171k can i put R50k as a sign of good faith and I have been told this is not ok and a judgement has been obtained, i was not given a chance to appeal this when i went to the post office today they told me the judgement letter was delivered on the 31st of Jan 2013 and picked up on the 5th of Feb. Please help me with this as i feel deceived
