I have been getting numerous calls from this firm every month requesting payments from me, and every month I would submit them with the proof of payment. I was owing Capitec R45000, I started paying MBD R1500 from the 31 July 2012 till end of last month, in total I have paid R13500, therefore i currently owe them R31500- R6300 (20%) settlement discount, I have never received any statement from them, when i sent out an email to the department to inform them of this, I did not get a response, till today and I want to pay them their settlement amount of R25200 before the end of the month.
