I HAD CONTRACT WITH VIRGIN MOBILE I LOST MY FONE 3YEARS AGO THEY REPORTED ME TO MBD ATT I MADE ARRANGEMENT I HAVE BEEN PAYING MY BALANACE WAS R749.00 ON THE 22/02/13 THEN I MADE ARRANGEMENT TO PAY ON 02/03/13 WHEN I GOT MY SMS UPDATE IT WAS NOW FINAL DEMAND OF R1266.48 ON THE 05/03/13 I CALLED THEM TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHY MY BALANCE NOW ESCALATED AND I WAS LONG ON THE LINE AND THEY PROMISED NONHLANHLA WILL CALL ME OF WHICH SHE NEVER DID SO TODAY THE 14/03/13 I GOT FINAL DEMAND AGAIN OF R1285.86 I NEED TO KNOW WHY AS I KNOW MY BALANCE WAS R749.00 NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT ANY CHARGES NOR FEES ALL THESE TIME I HAVE BEEN PAYING NOW THIS AND ITEREST ACCUMULATING DAILY WHAT IS GOING ON I NEED UNSWER'S I CANOT PAY WHT IAM NOT LIABLE FOR EXPLANATION NEEDED NOW ASAP
