I have lodged a complaint on this forum nearly a year ago, April 2012, and the issue has since not been resolved regarding listings on my credit reports that have prescribed.
You are a law firm, meaning that you should 'know' the law by which even you are bound. So, do not reply with a mere: "Dear contributor" copy-and-paste response.
Do not even bother telling me that you will communicate the matter with your client as you have bought the debt from them.
Remove any/all listings from my credit report immediately within 20 business days, failing which I will lodge a complaint with the Credit Ombud.
