What more can I say??? Countless phone calls and dozens of emails, but to no avail. When the consumer is at fault, creditors are more than eager to take out the legal books, but on the flipside of the coin, when the creditor is at fault according to the South African law, Prescription Act (68 of 1969), than it seems like it takes forever to have issues resolved.
NOW, remove the listings from my credit profile as it has PRESCRIBED!!!
