I agree with all the reviews I have read thus far. I too requested a detailed breakdown of the outstanding account before agreeing to anything. This was a month ago. Still nothing. I mean 12 years, surely there is a mistake. I am taking this further if i do not receive all the relevant documentation showing authenticity of their claims. This debt has extinguished any way and maybe I should report this to the Law Society and institute action for continued harrassment.
