After receiving a letter of warrant of execution from JM Attorneys for an outstanding amount of R5097.64 re Health and Racquet, I duly phoned and spoken to Carol.
Although I have submitted a Dr's letter for cancelling my contract soon after I signed the original contract with Health and Racquet, it now seems that they are not in possession of it and claims money to be paid.
According to Carol I now have to provide them with the original Dr's letter after 12 years in order for them to stop this. Since cancelling the contract, I have not had any notification from either Health and Racquet or lately JM Attorneys for any money outstanding.
It has taken someone 13-14 years to try and get hold of me, and I phoned them back as soon as I have received the e-mail. DOES NOT MAKE SENSE???
Do I now need to go to a Laywer for assistance or to a Dr to provide me with another letter 1 years later?? I would like to have an answer back.
