I complained about bad service / no feedback from VGV Attorneys in Tygervalley, Bellville wrt a case that was handed over during 2009. Thank you to Craig Samaai, who phoned me on Friday 15 Feb 2013 wrt this matter. He promised that this case will receive immediate attention. I must just mention that, according to Craig, the previous assigned person, Heidi, is no longer with the company. I must also mention that this was the first VGV initiated correspondence since the case was handed over during 2009, except for accounts posted to us. We therefore thank Craig for his interest shown in this case and we are looking forward to the finalization of this case.
