Im complaining on behalf of my husband Sabelo Sipho Mlangeni, id 6706065592087 (account holder) who paid account in full, and he requested the confirmation letter showing that the account is paid in full/and requested the MBD attoneys to sent his profile to ITC to update. We have been calling them several times and nothing seems to be right. Im told to wait for 48 hours but still is 3 weeks with no response. We really need to purchase a house but this matter keeps us on purchasing property.
