My husband paid his account YEARS AGO, I have sent the cancellation letters and proof of payments NUMEROUS times, but SSDA keeps on sending threatening sms and phones me. MTN says the account is paid up.
Their Call center personnel about supervisors not being available, and they require me to phone them back.
IF you are going to follow this up, don't just copy paste a nice letter to me- actually follow up, DO THE WORK and contact MTN yourself!!!
