Paid Up Letter

I had an arrangement, and after the final payment on my account, I was told I would receive a paid-up letter within five days of the funds reflecting, but no later than Friday, 9 May 2025.

I am still waiting! It is unacceptable. I had an agreement and kept to the payment arrangements, and all I need is the paid-up letter.

How many times do I have to ask?
