I phoned in a couple of days ago explaining the situation with the earrings I bought that were in poor condition. I also explained that I live in George and it was a bit far for me to come through.
Lynn was so kind to say that I can even send her the images to her personal email to look at and let me know if she would be able to exchange it.
Luckily I came through to Cpt and brought it back, Lynn wasnt there but took the inciative to discuss it with Claudine who was aware of the exchange and absolutely no time was waisted.
I would just like to commend your two managers Lynn and Claudine for assisting me with my refund.
they were friendly and helpful.
I absolutely hate taking stuff back to the shops because its always an issue... and the staff always roll their eyes and make you feel like a criminal, or as though you are wasting their time even when its the shops suppliers fault.
