Despite a will being lodged with ABSA, the finalisation was handed to this company.
It has been almost a year, they provide little feedback and upon inquiry one is given strange replies with paragraphs and explanations that seem irrevelant and untrue. Direct questions -even when a yes or a no would suffice- are replied to in the same manner!
One has to presume they are trying to rack up a bigger bill, despite ABSA*s assurance that the fee will be the same. Most online reviews confirm these tactics and incompetence and this company should be investigated
