In 2008 Marius van den Heever was employed by New Culture Africa debt councellors (NCA). We signed to go debt review at the offices of NCA, however they closed shop not long after we signed and Marius left the company as well. Now in 2013 my husband and I went off debt review of whcih we signed a few years back with Consumer Assist in Centurion. Looking at the ITC reports and phone calls made it appears that the flag of being on debt review still reflects on my name but not on my husbands. After investigating Marius van den Heever now owner of Balance your debt legal still flagged me. I have not had any correspondence from him whatsover in the past few years after signing at NCA and all the contact details I could find from him does not exits. I urgently need my name to be cleared of being on debt review as that process was concluded a while back. How do you find a needle in a haystack and how do you get the relevant processes in place to clear your name. Please help me
