Harassments on account not mine

Good day MBD.

I have now sent you and MTN letters, emails, called and requested info on this amount due for months.

I have sent a letter from MTN advising this is a mistake. The emails keep bouncing back to me undelivered. When they call they give me another email address and same happens.

No one can give me any info as to wot this is for and you are messing with my credit profile.

I am very willing to pay IF you can tell me what this is for. But alas to date for about 5 months you where not able to do so. I cannot get hold of them now and they keep calling saying i must go in to get some letter from them giving me premission or confirmation this is not for me. but its COVID, and i dont see why they cannot just accept the letter from MTN themselves to confirm this is not my debt

Can someone please help or advise if we can get some feedback or action on this company.
