Shocking service

On the 4th of July I went online and applied for a credit card which as per your advert stated will be delivered within three days of me applying. I proceeded to send the required documentation requested to the email address provided on the attached email, I sent the info I think about three times and all three times the emails came back stating that the email could not be delivered, now why would you ask someone to send their details to an email address that does not work very frustrating. I then called your help desk, WOW, the first interaction of a new client with FNB and I must say I was shocked by the poor standard of the call agent who assisted me; um, eh, ooh, maybe, I am not sure, let me find out for you, very unprofessional to say the least. I already started feeling like opening this account was a mistake. Never the less she gave me two alternative email addresses to try and to amazement neither of them also worked. The emails kept coming back undelivered. long story short it is now 8 days later and i still dont have my credit card, so much for the 3 day promise.
