I just called now (02:46pm date 2014/01/17) and want his call to be listened to.
I spoke to a lady and I requested for a settlement letter on my MTN account and nicely spelt my name to her and she told me she is not dumb and must stop spelling to her. I asked her what is her name and she said she doesnt have to tell me what her name is.
Im really shocked that in this day and age people can be so rude and especially for someone working in a customer service department. A few minutes later I phone she changes her voice and gives me an alternative number 011 560 4734 - this is a joke really. Can someone PLEASE HEEEELLPPP!!!
