I got married in 2011 and used Saunderson`s Attorneys for my ANC contract. I was promised that I would receive a copy of the stamped contract within 6 months by registered post.
I recently sold a property and was asked for a copy of the contract which brought to light the fact that I never received it.
I sent an email to Melissa which never received a response. When I called I was told it would be emailed to me that day. Two days later I called again as was told that they were having computer issues and would rather fax a copy that day.
That never happened, when I called back I was told it would be faxed within 30 minutes... that never happened.
Eventually after about 30 UN-answered calls I was able to set up a time where I would collect it from them. When I arrived at the house, someone came out whilst talking on the phone, NEVER greeted me and pushed the contract through the gate, gave me a nod and walked back into the house.
Rather save yourself the hassle of dealing with people like this. Rather pay a bit more if you have to and deal with professionals.
