This is the 3rd complaint I lodge, and this time it is to say that Shapiro Shaik Defries do not keep their word. they promised me with my 1st complaint on Helo [URL Removed], that as long as I pay as per agreement they will refrain from sms/calls to me regarding the outstanding amount! they are running up costs... and who must pay for it? ME!!! I am so sick and tired and MTN should honestly look at changing their provider. This is inhuman practice and with this kind of practice, no one will ever get out of debt.
