I called in last week to find out how much my account was at, I then the same day paid 3 grand and was told by a person over the phone if at anytime I want a settlement amount they would give me 20% off. Now today I call to make sure what I worked out would be the same as you and now I get its only 10% and that the 20% was only a December special. I went and actually made a plan to get the money and now its only 10%. Seriously get Your act together because rubbish of buggering people around is not ok. AND STOP SENDING ME SMSES
