I was a member of Joburg H&R for 24 months, the membership was ended and paid in full in 2001 despite visiting the Roodepoort branch to confrim that the the account was closed I never heard from the club after that. Then the company liquidated. MY first demand for payment from JM Attorneys came in 2013, most recent communication was a phone call today the 11-03-2013
Despite asking for a copy of his H&R contract and proof of arrears twice, I still did not get a response or a statement.
WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS?
