These conveyancing attorneys just can't get it right to get the transfer of the sale of my property through however they will still received their fee. I have asked on three occasions for them to come sort out the electrical issues in my house as a result if their electrician who has issued a compliance certificate on a property where half the lights don't work as a result of his shoddy work!! Just yesterday I spoke to one of there employees about this problem, she assured me that she would come back to me before the close of business and I am still waiting.
