I have called to confirm if the company received my cancellation letter which was confirmed as received, but my account was debited twice on a montly basis, I spoke to Angel and Rommel who is suppose to be the ppl in charge and they promised that my query will be resolved by Friday, and confirm the problem would be resolved on Saturday morning y promissed to call me payment but no joy at all! I have called the office this morning however Angel had bad attitude and she said Rommel will contact me in next 15 mins but few hours went by did not hear anything from Rommel. I have never received such bad service in my whole entire life! Pathetic is not the word! The number I've been calling is 087700536. Hope this query can be resolved as soon as possible. Best part is cancellation was confirmed but they still debit my acc and still don't want to refund me my own money (refund) I must beg for. Your assistance will be highly
