Phone is paid but given over to MBD from Vodacom

My mom PAID off her Vodacom contract deducted from her account on a monthly basis, went onto prepaid.
she is given over to MBD by vodacom
nobody from MBD is picking up 011 560 4732. I read bad reports all over the Internet of MBD.
I have a lawyer that i can see regarding this, if this isnt resolved asap.
