I've been paying off a VVM account for about 3 months and last month was offered a settlement agreement which i accepted.
When I accepted this, I was advised that I would get a settlement letter immediately and would not even have to contact the call centre for this.
I thus agreed for this to be settled via debit and waited for my letter which till this day has not arrived.
I posted a request on their website last week. After no response or feedback from VVM, i then contacted their call centre today and was advised i have to wait ONE MONTH for this.
After ensuring that my account is paid as agreed, the least i expected from VVM was decent service and for them to stick to their word.
I now have honoured my agreement with them but they are failing to honour theirs. I need this letter as a matter of urgency and that does not seem to bother them.
If VVM is not willing to stick to their word and send me my letter as promised, i want all my money back as i could really put it to better use.
Why make empty promises that you cant deliver on? Why constantly provide info that is contradictory? What does customer service mean to you?
I want my letter or my money
