I had paid my MTN account in full through MBD.
I have been trying to communicate with them so that they tell what is the next step and also so they can give me the paid up letter.
These guys are not responding to me since more than 2 months ago.
They have been calling me non-stop before I paid, now I paid in full its like they dont care anymore, I really need to know what is happening.
When I call MTN, they tell me to speak with MBD, MBD is not interested in me aymore, what can I do???
