Request for Statement Ignore

After checking my outstanding balance (Standard Bank Credit Card) on RL Daly website, i found that i have over pay them with R1400.00 I then started request a statement for the past 24 months, and i receive NO statement insteed a letter (i request that they email me, because the letter will cost me R45.00) with only YOU BALANCE IS R3325.17
This is realy poor service.
