My fellow Director received calls from these guys in 2011, advising her of an arrear debt owing. After contacting them, I was advised that the alleged debt arose in 2007.I am an attorney & after much debate with the staff who clearly have no legal background I was demanded to make payment. I advised of the legal status of the matter as it had prescribed since no summons was issued or server within three years. I was told by the operator that she couldn't care about my information and that according to her records I owe the money and should therefore pay!! I scoffed at this contemptuous conduct by a legally illiterate person, I challenged them to issue summons and gave them my address so that I could plead the matter in court. After several months they popped up again and again harassed my fellow Director. I called and also emailed them in November 2012 setting this out, only to get more sms's now and find them having contacted an ex-employee who i had not been working for since 2005 (two years prior to the alleged debt)!!! Guys please stop else I reserve my right to refer this to the appropriate Law Society and all further legal remedies necessary to the full extent of the law
