I had a Vodacom credit card that went into arrears and I then made arrangements with MBD to pay this off. After paying for almost 3 years (a total of approx. R25000), MDB claims that I still owe more than the original balance that was handed over to them. I have then asked on numerous occasions if this account was securitised by FNB only to be referred to FNB regarding this. FNB refuses to answer this question as well as how a debt of approx. R32000 towards which I have paid R25000 still has an outstanding balance of R36000.
I need answers immediately!
