We registered on [URL Removed] before our wedding in September last year for an ante nuptial contract. Service was incredibly efficient until we paid our service fee... When we queried the status of registration of our contract (7 June 2013), we were told that it was ready at the deeds office and we could either have it posted or collect it from their offices. Since the office is 120kms from us, we opted to have it posted and confirmed our address for it to be posted on the 10th of June. We emailed again on the 19th of June to ask if it had been posted. No reply. We phoned on the 1st of July and were told that Melissa was not in the office and would confirm and email us later in the day. She did not. We emailed again on the 3rd of July. No reply. We tried four times today to call her cell phone, calls were rejected. We called the office phone, which simply rang and rang. For a supposed "Law Firm, " their behaviour is highly unprofessional and suspiciously evasive...
