I called the call centre about 2 months ago, a person who was apparently on training couldn't advise me how to fix my payment allocation query. I ended up speaking to 3 different people. I emailed [Email Removed] with proof of payment for an account of mine that has been handed over to you. I requested the funds to be allocated to my account as the reference number I had used is incorrect. I sent 3 emails. No response at all from MBD. I called today and I was transferred to a voice mail machine by the receptionist twice.
I need my statement and settlement so that I no longer have to deal with you and most of all i need the payments allocated.
Please advise if you are capable of this or if i should call edcon.
