No Response to my emails

I have sent emails requesting a statement for my account so that i can see how much i have paid, what i owe and what interest has incurred, but to date nothing. How hard can it be to send a statement? They are quick enough to send threatening sms's but not quick enough to send a statement as requested. Also, with my previous report, the feedback was that once they have allocated payments i will be notified, how hard can allocating payments be? My payments have a reference number so it shouldnt be hard to allocate that reference number to the correct payment.
