For the last two years, these guys have been hounding me for some Tracker account that is clearly not mine. After multiple calls to their call center, speaking to their incompetent staff and their supervisors, nothing has changed.
I expect a company to listen to what people have to say to them, especially if they are taking time (read MONEY!) out of their day to set something right.
I also wonder if there is a way to sue companies that waste my time...
P.s. no, the Acc number has nothing to do with me, I have only added it as reference.
P.p.s. no, I cannot confirm that I am customer of Norman Bisset - this is the issue.
