Paid up account, but still beingbilled

I have paid up my account in August already. i received a paid up letter, already sent it to fischini. I STILL GET CALLS DAILY & SMS THREATENING ME WITH LEGAL ACTION FOR WHAAT!!!

I have emailed the copy of this letter to collections@htn... last week. i am still getting calls.
If your calls were recorded... i would not be getting annoyed like this..
